Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Brio Door Handle is a lever for internal doors, on a 50mm round rose. The lever is curved, not straight — that is the difference from the Elara lever, which is a slim straight bar.
It is sold as Passage or Privacy. Passage latches and does not lock, for hallways and pantries. Privacy locks from the inside, for bedrooms and bathrooms. There is no keyed Entrance on this handle. Finishes are Brushed Brass, Antique Brass, Brushed Nickel and Gunmetal.
Before you drill
The rose is 50mm. It covers screw holes inside that circle. A larger old rose may still leave a ring. Do not drill a new door until the set has arrived and you have checked the latch against the door edge.

What backset do I need?
Will the rose cover old screw holes?
What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 25mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
