Refund policy

90-Day Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.

Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

Please use a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Returns for Opened Packages

We understand that you may need to inspect samples before making a decision.
Therefore, we accept returns even if the package has been opened, under the following conditions:

✅ If you ordered multiple identical items (same size and finish) and opened only one, you may return the entire order.
❌ If all identical items have been opened or installed, we will not be able to accept the return.

Example:

If you ordered 10 handles of the same size and finish but opened only one, we will accept the return of all 10 handles.

If all 10 handles have been opened or installed, the return will not be accepted.

Opened items must remain unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund once the item has been inspected.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank account).

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or to third-party accounts.
