We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Elara Door Handle is a zinc alloy door lever for new internal doors, with Passage and Privacy options to suit different rooms. Its slim, smooth lever measures 122 mm long and sits on a 50 mm round rose, creating a simple finish for contemporary interiors.
Choose Passage for rooms that do not require locking, or Privacy for bedrooms and bathrooms where an internal privacy function is needed. Four finishes let you carry the same handle design throughout your home.
A slim profile in four finishes
Elara Door Handle pairs a straight lever with softened edges and a compact round rose. Choose Brushed Brass or Antique Brass for a warmer colour, Brushed Nickel for a lighter metallic finish, or Gunmetal for a darker accent.
These names describe the finish. The handle’s body material is zinc alloy in all four options.

What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 25mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
