Do your solid brass handles develop patina over time?
It depends on the finish, and on where the handle is and how it is cleaned.
Brushed Brass is solid brass with two layers of clear lacquer, which helps preserve its appearance in normal indoor use. Brushed Brass (PVD), which we are introducing this year, is plated and then PVD-coated. Antique Brass, Brushed Nickel and Gunmetal are electroplated over a solid brass core. Brushed Copper is nickel-plated and then PVD-coated. Some gradual dulling or colour change is still possible over years of use.
Not all our products are solid brass — some have zinc alloy bodies. For the body material and finish of a particular item, email us before ordering and we will confirm it.
Appropriate cleaning helps protect the finish. Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water, then dry. Avoid brass and metal polishes, abrasive pads, melamine sponges and cream cleansers, and anything acidic, citrus, chlorine-based, ammonia-based or solvent-based. Our care guide has the full list.
Following this advice helps your handles last. It does not limit your rights: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here reduces them.

Which size is right for my drawers or cabinet doors?
Glossy Grace handles come in 6 sizes, with centre-to-centre measurements from 96mm to 320mm. Use our Handle Size Visualizer to enter your drawer or cabinet door dimensions and find the right size for your cabinetry.
How do I return or exchange？

We will initiate the refund once we receive the items. Please note that we do not accept damaged or used items for returns.
For exchanges, you will need to place a new order while we process the refund.

24-Hour Dispatch Time: How Does It Work?
We are dedicated to providing fast delivery times and guarantee that your order will be dispatched via Australia Post within 24 hours. If you place your order before 11:30 AM, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be dispatched the next day, as Australia Post’s pickup is at 12:00 PM daily. Please be aware that our 24-hour dispatch guarantee excludes weekends and public holidays, as Australia Post does not operate on these days.

What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 24mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 24mm screws are ideal for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards with a thickness of more than 16mm. If the thickness is less than 16mm, you will need to carefully trim the screws to the appropriate length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could otherwise lead to damage to both the handles and the furniture.
