Shipping and delivery
All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse with Australia Post.
- $8 Flat-rate postage for orders below $200. Free for above $200
- Express shipping is available for an extra charge of $25.
Delivery estimates (Australia)

Sydney Metro orders often arrive the next business day. Deliveries to WA and regional areas can take longer. These times come from Australia Post and are estimates, not guarantees.
Order processing
- We dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days.
- Order before 13:00 PM and it ships the same day. After 13:00 PM, it ships the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand with Australia Post International. A few things to know:
- We still dispatch within 24 hours on business days.
- Delivery times depend on international transit and customs. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for New Zealand orders but it's usually 5 business days

You are welcome to collect your order from our Thornleigh warehouse.

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Sunday and public holidays: closed
Returns and shipping costs
- We offer a 90-day return policy on unused and undamaged items.
- Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
