• All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post.

• We offer flat-rate postage, with an express shipping option available for an additional charge.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Sydney Metro: Usually next business day.

• Other Capital Cities (except WA): 1-3 business days.

• WA and regional areas: Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post’s network.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

• Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Warehouse Pickup

• Pickup from our Sydney warehouse is available by appointment only, as opening hours are limited.
