Our Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.
How do I obtain the 5% reduction?
Obtaining the PBG is simple! Just email us at info@luxhandles.com.au, and we'll provide it for you.
1. Record the price
This can be a catalogue clipping, screenshot on your phone, webpage or similar.
2. Let us know
Please email us at info@luxhandles.com.au and provide your record of the cheaper price.
3. Match and Save
Once your price match is approved, we’ll reward you with an extra 5% discount off the matched price as a bonus!
What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products and services that are:
- Stocked at Luxhandles
- In stock at our competitor
- and must not be refurbished or second hand.
Identical products and services includes that they must have the same conditions of purchase, including manufacturer’s warranty and accessories, and must not be refurbished or second hand. Where the product, such as a mobile telephone price, is tied to signing up to a plan, this is excluded from the offer.
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Gift cards
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
