We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Snow Knob is a rounded solid brass cabinet knob, 35mm across and standing 30mm off the door. Its plain, soft form suits kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and custom joinery where you want the hardware to sit quietly rather than lead.
A 35mm knob suits cabinet doors and narrower drawers. On a wide drawer a single knob looks undersized and gives you less to pull against — a handle is the better choice there.
Three finishes: brushed brass, and two-tone white or black with a polished brass collar. The two-tone finishes read as a single colour from across the room and show the brass detail up close.
Before you order
Supplied with one 25mm screw, which suits drawer fronts and doors 16 to 19mm thick. Thinner than that, trim the screw to length. Thicker than 19mm — shaker fronts and applied mouldings often are — email us after ordering and we will send 40mm screws instead.
Knobs fix through a single hole, so if you are replacing existing knobs there is no hole spacing to match.

Will a 35mm knob cover the marks left by my old handles?

What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 25mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
