Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Regal Door Handle is a solid brass lever for internal doors, on a 50mm round rose. Use the same lever through the house and change only the function: Passage, Privacy or Entrance. Finishes are Brushed Brass, Antique Brass and Brushed Nickel.
Which one to order
Passage latches and does not lock. Hallways, pantries, wardrobes. The set is two levers and a 60mm tube latch.
Privacy locks from the inside. Bedrooms and bathrooms. Two levers, a 60mm privacy latch and a privacy pin.
Entrance is the keyed set. Check that your finish lists the cylinder and keys before you pay.
Before you order
Backset is 60mm: from the edge of the door to the centre of the spindle. If the door is already cut for 70mm or 127mm, this latch will not line up. A 50mm rose covers holes inside that circle. A larger old rose may still show a ring.
Do not drill a new door until the set has arrived. If you are unsure, email info@luxhandles.com.au with a photo of the edge and the old rose.

What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 25mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
