The Knurled Door Handle Entrance Set is a front door handle with a lock. Its solid brass knurled levers sit on round roses and come with a euro mortice lock and euro cylinder. Lock and unlock it with the key from outside, or with the thumbturn from inside.
It also suits any entrance or entry door that needs a key from outside, including back doors, side doors, laundry doors and garage access doors.

Which doors is this set for?
What is backset?
The distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the handle. Our Passage and Privacy sets have a 60mm backset. Our Entrance sets have a 50mm backset.
Replacing an old handle? Measure from the door edge to the centre of where the old handle turns.
What's the difference between Passage, Privacy and Entrance?
Passage doesn't lock. It suits hallways and living areas.
Privacy locks from the inside, for bedrooms and bathrooms. In an emergency, it can be opened from outside without a key.
Entrance locks with the thumbturn from inside and needs the key to open from outside, for front, back, side, laundry or garage access doors. See our Entrance Door range.
What is pitch?
On an Entrance set, the distance from the centre of the handle down to the centre of the round part of the cylinder hole. It must match the lock.

What is a euro cylinder?
On an Entrance set, the part the key goes into. Outside, you lock and unlock it with the key. Inside, you turn a small knob called a thumbturn, so no key is needed.
