To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How it locks
From outside, the key locks and unlocks the door. From inside, the thumbturn does it without a key.
