We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Euro Cylinder is a replacement lock barrel for euro-profile mortice
lock cases, used on most Australian timber, aluminium and sliding entry
doors. Key one side, thumbturn the other, so you can unlock from inside
without a key. Available in 70mm and 75mm, in five finishes.
Choosing 70mm or 75mm
Replacing an existing cylinder? Take the old one out and measure it end
to end. Order the same length.
New installation? Measure from the centre of the lock case fixing screw
to each face of the door, including any escutcheon or handle plate. The
two measurements added together give the cylinder length you need.
Fitted correctly it sits flush with the escutcheon, or no more than 3mm
proud on either side — a cylinder that protrudes further is easier to
attack and can foul the handle.
Five millimetres either way is not critical. Slightly long sits a little
proud; slightly short leaves the thumbturn a little recessed. Both still
lock. If your total measures under 65mm, neither size will suit your
door — message us before ordering.

shopping-centre key kiosks cannot cut them, though a locksmith can.

cylinder is oval or round, it will not fit.
Finishes
Brushed Brass, Antique Brass, Black, Gunmetal and Brushed Nickel. Only
the two end caps are visible once installed, so match them to your
door handles rather than to the door itself.
