We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Belgravia Door Handle is a solid brass lever door handle for coordinating doors throughout your home. Its smooth cylindrical lever, stepped detailing and round rose create a clean, defined appearance. Choose the Passage, Privacy or Entrance configuration to suit the door’s function, with Brushed Brass, Antique Brass, Brushed Nickel and Gunmetal finishes listed.

The Belgravia Door Handle combines a rounded grip with a circular rose and concealed fixings. The stepped detail at the base of the lever adds definition without a heavily textured surface.
Use the same handle design across different rooms, selecting the appropriate function for each door. Coordinate it with Belgravia cabinet handles and knobs to carry the design through adjoining cabinetry.

How do I measure the backset?
What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 25mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
