To be eligible for a return:

• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.

I would recommend you having sample colours packs for a nominal fee so customers can make the correct choice when choosing between colours - as this would make the process easier.

Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
