Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You may open the package to inspect the product, as long as it has not been installed or used.
• Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

The Hampton Handle is a zinc alloy cabinet handle for kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes. The bar is a Hamptons profile in Champagne Gold or Black. It is not solid brass, which is why it costs less than our brass ranges.
Use the 50mm T-knob on cupboard doors, such as overheads and the cupboard under the sink. Knobs are light duty, so for drawers choose a bar. A pull about one-third to one-half the drawer width usually looks right. Door fronts take a shorter bar than the drawer beside them.
Hole centres, measured from screw to screw: 215mm overall is 160mm, 246mm is 192mm (Champagne Gold), 278mm is 224mm, 310mm is 256mm, 375mm is 320mm. The T-knob uses a single hole. If you are replacing handles, match the centres you already have.
Before you order
Each bar ships with two 25mm screws, which suit 16–19mm board. The T-knob ships with one. Thinner than 16mm, trim the screw. Thicker than 19mm — shaker fronts often are — email info@luxhandles.com.au after ordering and we will send 40mm screws.

What hole centres do I need?
Is the 50mm T-knob for drawers or doors?
Will the 25mm screws fit my doors?
What thickness of cabinet, drawer, or cupboard is suitable for the 25mm screws you provide, and what should I do if they don't fit?
Our standard 25mm screws work perfectly for cabinets, drawers, or cupboards thicker between 16-19mm. For installations where thickness is less than 16mm, you'll need to trim the screws to the right length. Taking this step prevents over-tightening, which could damage both your beautiful handles and your valuable furniture. For more installation help, our customer service team is always ready to assist!
