Returns for Opened Packages
We understand that you may need to inspect samples before making a decision. Therefore, we accept returns even if the package has been opened, but with the following limitations:

❌ If all identical items have been opened, we will not be able to accept the return.
Example:
•If you ordered 10 handles of the same size and finish, but opened only 1, we will accept the return of all 10 handles.

We are a small family-run business based in Sydney. Currently, we operate our business from our family home and do not have a showroom.
