Important Reminders
Avoid All Cleaning Chemicals: Especially for brushed brass handles, which are not electroplated but protected with two layers of clear coating to slow down tarnishing. Using any cleaning products — including household brands like Windex or Ajax — can damage this protective layer, leading to rapid tarnishing.
We strongly advise against using any chemicals. A soft cloth with warm water is all that’s needed. Always dry the handles immediately after cleaning.
Please note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by chemical use.
